Robert J. Feliz (Bob) is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and an executive with over 40 years of political-military intelligence expertise in national security, information operations, technical systems, and policy development. He is skilled in directing strategic and operational activities, integrating intelligence collection and analysis, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve complex organizational objectives across diverse international and regional security environments.

Following his retirement from the Air Force, Bob served in the MITRE Corporation supporting multiple U.S. government agencies and national security programs. Previously, he served as a senior analyst at SAIC, providing expertise to the Directorate of Information Operations Strategy and Integration in the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Warfighting Support (ODUSD(IWS)). He represented the IO Directorate in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and interagency coordination efforts. Additionally, he served as a senior speechwriter and policy review analyst, focused on information operations policy, strategy, assessment, and evaluation of DoD information operations programs.
