Jacob Choe
Jacob J. Choe is Director of the Asia/Africa Program at The Eurasia Center in Washington, D.C., where he focuses on international policy, economic development, and strategic engagement across the Indo-Pacific, Africa, and Europe. He also advises Washington, D.C.–based public affairs and strategic consulting firms on international engagement, cross-border investment, and geopolitical affairs. He is a member of The Bretton Woods Committee.
Previously, Mr. Choe served as a U.S. Department of Defense contractor, supporting foreign military cooperation as a Korean and Mandarin Chinese linguist and analyst. He studied at Peking University and is currently preparing to pursue graduate studies in public administration and law. He has worked extensively with senior government officials, international organizations, and business leaders to advance diplomacy, economic cooperation, and strategic partnerships. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to strengthening international collaboration and the principles of freedom, democratic governance, and the rule of law.
