Greg Gross

Greg Gross has over twenty years’ experience in senior executive leadership positions at the Defense Department and the U.S. Senate, and in the private sector helping Fortune 100 companies and the nation’s largest non-profits succeed through technological innovation, improved management, and streamlined organization. As president of Elm Street Consulting Group, a DC-based company providing solutions in international business, government relations and brand management, he has advised international for-profit and not-for-profit clients since 2010. He is the president of the AI Business Association (AIBA) International, the DC-based global trade association for the AI industry. He also serves on the governance boards of Solidarity with the Persecuted Church (SPC) and an international foundation supporting first responders aiding victims of foreign disasters. In government, Greg served as deputy assistant secretary of defense and as a key member of the U.S. Senate leadership staff.

He worked as chief of staff to two U.S. senators and has extensive experience overseeing policy development and communications for U.S. presidential and senatorial campaigns. As senior policy advisor to the president of the American Red Cross, he helped manage all aspects of the then-$2 billion humanitarian organization. While at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), he worked on, and later co-authored, a path-breaking economic analysis of international capital flows and their impact on economic growth. Greg also served as a legal reform and defense policy advisor to Conservative Members of Parliament and ministers in the British House of Commons. He holds degrees from Harvard College and Yale University.
